1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Mandatory Requirement: An unboxing video is strictly mandatory for all return, refund, or exchange claims. We cannot process claims without video proof of the package being opened.

2. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at primifystore040@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and your unboxing video.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. A flat processing fee of Rs. 200 also applies to general returns.

  • Couriers: Returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service (Leopard, Trax, or PostEx are preferred). We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

  • Defective Items: If the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent, Primify Store will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued directly to your Bank Account or EasyPaisa/JazzCash account.

  • Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges We offer exchanges within 7 days only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. The fastest way to ensure you get the correct item is to contact our support team with your unboxing video so we can arrange a replacement.

6. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items without clear unboxing video proof.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., razors, toothbrushes, grooming kits) once opened.

  • Sale items or gift cards.
